Jerky Marinade

2/3 C. Soy Sauce

2/3 C. Worcestershire Sauce

2 tsp. Liquid Smoke

1/4 C. Packed Brown Sugar

3 Tbsp. American Spice Blend

1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

Directions:

Cut 2 lbs. of lean meat (London Broil is our favorite) in to 1/4" wide strips about 6" long.  Mix all marinade ingredients together.  Place the meat in a container and pour marinade over the meat being sure to cover the meat entirely.  Marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.  After 24 hours, dehydrate at 155*F for about 16 hours or until meat has a moisture content right around 25%.  Enjoy! 

Tips: Experiment with different cuts of meat - lean is better.  Like it spicey?  Double the red pepper flakes!
